Manage onboarding deliverables for suppliers and customers entering component hub programs, while ensuring deliverables are completed correctly and on time.
Develop and maintain references for internal stakeholders to communicate the component hub scope of suppliers, customers, and program terms.
Responsible for part master data management for component hubs, including interfacing with NOKIA Global Price Management tool, pricing & category management teams. Develop and maintain methods and tools. Audit hub partners’ and NOKIA’s data for accuracy, and corrective actions.
Own metrics for Supplier and EMS/JDM performance and communicate opportunities for improvement with the category management and EMS business management teams.
Perform analysis of hub supply & demand data to monitor hub performance in the areas of cost and delivery. Contribute to the optimization of program terms.
Support internal teams with data access, interpretation, summarization, and analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant electronic industry experience in a Purchasing or Supply Chain role
Excellent communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams
Experience with material requirement planning/enterprise resource planning systems
Analytical thinking; detail-oriented personality with data-driven decision-making abilities
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under the pressure of tight time constraints
