The Releasing Analyst is responsible for managing the interface between our supply base and the various Parts Supply and Logistics (PS&L)/Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems (SAP/SNC, MMP, SDS, Super-G), ensuring our suppliers adhere to our established processes and ship to the schedules provided.
Hold reoccurring meetings with high VOR/backorder/behind schedule/poor performing suppliers to obtain promise ship dates at the part level and drive overall supplier improvement and development
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
Support Sales & Marketing, CX (Customer Experience) initiatives, and other FCSD Transformation projects while working with Ford/Lincoln dealers, as required.
Requirements
BA/BS Degree Required
Experience working in supply chain with materials and parts
Knowledge of PS&L systems preferred, primarily SAP SCM
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with large cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to multi-task, strong problem-solving, conflict management skills
Outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
Degree in Supply Chain Degree Preferred
