Role Overview
Grow strategic accounts commercially by expanding revenue on large accounts
Close deals with warm context through existing relationships
Lead strategic account cadence, including steering committees and reviews
Work with structured account plans for clarity on priorities
Connect customer insight to commercial action
Utilize AI for account planning and deal preparation
Engage in honest and constructive feedback loops
Requirements
Track record of growing enterprise accounts commercially
Experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Account Management, or similar roles
Ability to build business cases and obtain internal buy-in
Comfortable with B2B SaaS and regulated industries
AI proficiency in daily work
Near-native English (C1-C2) and full professional proficiency in German required
Additional languages, particularly Spanish, are a big plus
