Development and ownership of the company-wide network, electrical and system strategy for BESS projects across medium
to extra-high-voltage
Management of all grid and electrical engineering matters
Establishment of clear decision-making and cross-team coordination structures throughout the entire project lifecycle
Definition, review and approval of electrical system architectures, grid connection, protection and operational concepts, as well as technical standards and decision matrices
Support of projects as the technical representative, assessment of technical variants and deviations, performance of risk assessments and ensuring approvability and compliance with permitting requirements
Support for technical due diligence, financing feasibility and insurance topics

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or a comparable discipline
Several years of experience in planning and implementing grid connections in the medium-, high
or extra-high-voltage range
Solid knowledge of electrical system architectures and energy infrastructure projects, ideally in the context of BESS or renewable energy
Technical management and coordination of complex infrastructure projects
Ideally qualification or practical experience as a Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK)
Leadership experience or strong potential to assume a technical leadership role
Strategic thinking, a structured working style and a solution-oriented approach
Strong communication skills and a confident presence with internal and external stakeholders
