Role Overview
- Bring people together through events and partnerships
- Support content marketing and social media strategy in your niche (TikTok and Instagram)
- Assist in event planning (including occasional on-site support), brainstorming, and testing marketing strategies
- Conduct research on communities, venues, influencers, and local initiatives
- Reach out to potential partners, event organizers, and community builders to introduce baesh
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential collaborators
- Collect user feedback and summarize insights
Requirements
- Berlin-based: You know the local culture, scene, and the events that matter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- People-oriented: you enjoy interacting with others, facilitating conversations, and making people feel welcome
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you proactively create opportunities rather than wait for tasks
