Provide strategic and operational leadership for VAFF and E8
Oversee festival delivery, advocacy programming, fundraising, partnerships
Work closely with the Board and community stakeholders to ensure impactful initiatives
Lead and implement strategic vision and annual plans
Supervise staff, manage resources, ensure operational effectiveness
Serve as primary spokesperson at events and oversee marketing/communications

Minimum of five years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit, arts, cultural, or advocacy organization
Proven financial management capabilities
Strong background in fundraising, including sponsorships and grants
Comfortable working with Boards of Directors and engaging community stakeholders
Commitment to equity, anti-racism, and community-centered practice
Demonstrated knowledge of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA) principles is an asset
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
