Managing month-end close for U.S. and Canadian entities, including accruals, inter-company transactions, and reconciliations
Supporting North American tax compliance including sales tax, HST, and U.S. state nexus requirements in collaboration with external advisors
Preparing cash flow forecasts and supporting regional treasury management
Delivering financial reporting and P&L analysis to support decision-making for the CFO and leadership team
Identifying opportunities to improve legacy finance processes and implementing scalable workflows
Providing day-to-day finance support to Sales and Operations teams

CPA candidate or recently qualified CPA
approximately 3-4 years of experience
ideally from a Big 4 or Top 20 public accounting firm
strong technical foundation in financial reporting and accounting principles
strong understanding of ASPE and IFRS, with exposure to U.S. GAAP considered an asset
