Helps design and lead the Company’s implementation of a new employee engagement and dispute resolution program and processes.
Includes benchmarking, program design, process and policy design and improvement, investigation and utilization of best practices, implementation and oversight.
Provides oversight for local site/business unit needs in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, change management and execution of HR core processes (where appropriate).
Manages complex employee relations matters including investigations, escalations, remediation and process management.
Coaches and supports line managers in driving the business and creating greater organizational health.
Requirements
Bachelor of Arts Degree
Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience with specific competence in effectively managing complex labor or employee relations environments and demonstrated experience effectively leading teams and/or successfully implementing change management.
Knowledge of different employee advocacy approaches, programs, tools, etc. that ensure compliance and develop organization employee relations capability
Led complex employee investigations, supported external arbitration hearings as HR company rep or labor relations experience
Change management approaches, methodologies and tools
Data Analysis and process management skills
Conducted employee relations, investigation or policy awareness training
Able to conduct training Must be proficient in Excel, Word and presentation software.
Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, presentation skills.
Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures and effective daily application.
Must be able to facilitate in meetings where emotions may be high.
Must possess sound judgment and ability to listen, assess problems and arrive at good logical conclusions that achieve an appropriate balance between sound HR practices and business needs.
Must be credible, professional, and high executive maturity
Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a matrix management environment.
