Strategic development of the product and service portfolio with a focus on human biological materials and blood cell products
Planning and implementation of measures to market the life science portfolio
Design and creation of product
and target-group-specific content to promote products and services
Support of the sales team with technical customer inquiries and product presentations
Maintenance, updating and optimization of product master data
Analysis and preparation of customer requirements for the development and specification of innovative product and service concepts
Monitoring and evaluation of product success using sales figures, customer feedback and market demand analyses
Systematic review of market, competitor and customer requirements to optimize strategic alignment in the life sciences segment
Collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Production, Quality Management) to ensure product compliance and marketability

Completed degree (Ph.D., M.Sc.) in the life sciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology) or equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the field of biological materials or cell products
Solid knowledge of blood cell products, their applications and regulatory frameworks
Experience with product development processes, production workflows and quality control systems in a regulated environment
Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of scientific and commercial contexts
