About this role
Role Overview
Identifying new business opportunities and proactively acquiring new customers through targeted (cold) outreach
Researching potential leads using CRM/databases, the internet, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Xing), industry directories and trade shows
Using tender platforms, referrals, networks and newsletters to identify project opportunities at an early stage
Contacting decision-makers by phone or digitally with the goal of convincingly presenting solutions and building sustainable relationships
Working closely with colleagues from engineering/technical teams, field sales and customer advisory to provide optimal support to prospects
Documenting all activities in the CRM system and actively helping to shape and improve our sales processes
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., in industrial, wholesale or international trade, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in telephone sales, lead generation or inside sales
Enjoyment of direct customer contact, strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven approach
Confident, personable telephone manner and very good German language skills (at least C1)
Routine use of digital tools and CRM systems
Structured working style, organizational talent and persistence in sales outreach
