Leverage interfaces with Product, BI & Data to firmly embed automation, AI, and data-driven marketing across the organization
Serve as the primary lead for the B2B Tribe in achieving media traffic targets
Requirements
6+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
Proven track record managing large-scale ad accounts with seven-figure budgets
Some experience leading small teams
Strong technical proficiency: understanding of web tracking and a clear vision for how automation and AI can advance the field
Able to structure complex topics and present or discuss them fluently in both German and English
Proactive 'can-do' mindset, able to drive projects independently and motivated by ambitious goals
