Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or Java and experience with AI/ML libraries.
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, and generative AI projects, using Agents, LLMs, RAG and protocols (MCP and A2A).
• Mastery of software engineering best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud services for deployment and monitoring of AI solutions.
• Ability to document and communicate technical decisions and present results to business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable and sustainable AI solutions.
• Capacity to lead technical initiatives and mentor less experienced professionals.
• Continuous interest in new trends and emerging technologies in the AI field.
• Strong collaboration and interaction with diverse areas.
• Ability to define standards and review solutions with a focus on technical excellence.
