Role Overview
Active customer acquisition via email, LinkedIn and phone
Independently manage and optimize outbound campaigns
Support with operational tasks such as preparing proposals
Regularly meet activity and performance targets
Close collaboration with the marketing team to optimize campaigns
Contribute to the team and support company objectives
Requirements

Technical affinity and fast onboarding with new tools
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus
You are studying a business-related subject (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or similar)
Ideally, you already have some initial professional experience
Familiarity with MS Office/Confluence/Trello and an interest in process automation
Good German language skills and the ability to express yourself professionally
