You handle ongoing bookkeeping, record accounts payable and receivable transactions, and post credit card statements, bank statements and cash books.
You support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and work closely with our Controlling team and the external tax advisor.
You are responsible for monitoring and processing payment transactions and managing dunning procedures.
You review and code incoming invoices and ensure timely payment.
You maintain and manage fixed-asset accounting and ensure that all investments are recorded and depreciated correctly.
You identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and help make our financial workflows more efficient.
You are the primary contact for colleagues, the tax advisor and auditors on all accounting and tax-related matters.

You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g., trained tax clerk) and ideally further training in financial accounting or certified accounting.
You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting, ideally in an agency environment.
You have experience with SAP B1 and/or DATEV and possess solid Excel skills.
You work in a structured, proactive manner and can prioritize even in stressful situations.
You are analytically strong and can communicate complex financial matters clearly.
