Responsibility for the testing laboratories within the Material Testing Business Unit in Germany
Organizational and disciplinary leadership of the plant managers and/or managing directors of the individual sites
Identify and pursue new market opportunities (new industries, customer segments, tenders, etc.)
Promote cross-selling and collaboration within the Business Unit and across the entire corporate group
Strengthen market presence and actively support sales
Ensure adherence to budgets and business plans

Several years of professional experience in material testing
Ideally with a focus on non-destructive testing (NDT), materials analysis, or quality assurance in an industrial environment
High willingness to travel (3–4 days/week)
Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
Solid experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
