Payroll Analyst, Junior

Role Overview

• Perform payroll processing, ensuring correct execution of all steps;
• Carry out onboarding, terminations, vacation management, salary advances and PLR (profit-sharing) routines;
• Verify calculation bases for contributions and taxes (INSS, FGTS and IRRF);
• Execute and monitor submission of statutory filings such as eSocial, DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital;
• Monitor collective bargaining agreements, ensuring the companies' compliance with current regulations;
• Support regularization processes, such as installment agreements and PER/DCOMP.

Requirements

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Interest in learning and developing in the Payroll/Personnel area
• Familiarity with SCI/Único is a plus.
