Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned geography
Identify and engage prospective clients, including retail pharmacies, hospital systems, and long-term care facilities
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership
Maintain deep knowledge of pharmacy automation products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Identify competitive differentiators, keeping leadership and platform aware of new market developments
Work with marketing to build necessary tools including refined process, collateral, presentations, reverse timelines and ROI
Collaborate with internal teams (sales training, consulting, implementation, HEOR, MedAffairs) to ensure alignment and to provide field-based market relevant data/updates
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to facilitate the addition of Centers of Excellence in all markets
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in pharmacy automation, central fill operations, or healthcare consulting preferred
Deep understanding of central fill workflows and automation platforms (e.g., iA, Capsa, McKesson, Tension, ScriptPro)
Strong client-facing communication skills
Ability to travel to client sites across the U.S. as needed
Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms
