Assist the PMO Director in driving organizational project management excellence.
Oversee enterprise-wide project procedure and project quality initiatives.
Develop project manager training in collaboration with Corporate L&D.
Verify alignment of projects and programs with business objectives.
Define the PMO’s vision, strategy, and operating model.
Establish and maintain project management standards, governance frameworks, and quality controls.
Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio.
Deliver executive-level reports and insights to support strategic decisions.
Mentor and develop project and program management teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Licensed/Certified Professional in an appropriate program
12+ years of progressive project/program management experience in the AEC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies in the AEC industry
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and support change across all levels of the organization.
