About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and enhance 340B COE data infrastructure and workflows from internal and external data sources to ensure reliability, consistency, and compliance with enterprise data standards
Develop and document data models, scripts, and methodologies as requirements evolve
Partner with the Senior Director, Business Optimization & Analytics Lead and IT team to implement data integration, validation, and automation pipelines
Conduct reconciliation and quality assurance across claims, eligibility, chargeback, and operational data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support regular data refreshes, recurring reports, and ad hoc analytical requests with properly validated datasets
Contribute to the development of standardized analytical templates and modeling frameworks that strengthen the 340B COE’s analytical foundation
Identify opportunities to streamline data gathering, transformation, and reporting while maintaining accuracy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, statistics, engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in data analysis, data scientist, or technical support
Working knowledge of SQL and basic familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, R, or SAS)
Understanding of data validation, transformation, and documentation processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and process rigor
Demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot data workflows in a fast-paced, complex, and highly regulated environment
Experience supporting analytics or data science in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is preferred
Exposure to 340B data, eligibility validation, or compliance reporting processes is helpful
Experience building automated data workflows or ETL routines is preferred
