Role Overview
- Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
- Create meaningful connections with every customer
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Participate in events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to customers
- Meet sales targets and earn commissions up to $62,460 per year
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Ability to be flexible and open to change
