Continuously develop professional expertise in technology, management systems and ISO standards
Provide consulting services in accordance with contractual agreements
Conduct external certification and surveillance audits
Prepare and present audit and assessment reports, including clear recommendations for action to the client
Ensure complete and up-to-date documentation of all client-relevant information
Comply with all processes, policies and procedures according to the IMSM Quality Management System (QMS)
Plan and deliver training on ISO management systems (on-site and remote), including facilitation and instruction
Support onboarding and training of new consultants/auditors
Perform administrative tasks as required

IRCA certification (or equivalent) as a Lead Auditor or Implementer for ISO standards
Proven practical experience with ISO management systems (internally or as a consultant)
Experience delivering training and professional development courses
Strong communication and presentation skills
