Role Overview

• Lead recruitment for all Institute programs
• Partner with Admissions, Orientation, and local high schools to build diverse enrollment pipelines
• Support student retention and engagement across all Institute programs
• Manage social media, digital content, and newsletters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in student recruitment, enrollment management, outreach, or related program coordination
• Experience supervising staff, student leaders, or program teams
