Requirements
10+ years of experience in learning, leadership development, talent strategy, or workforce transformation with enterprise-level impact.
Experience in strategy consulting, HR transformation, or advisory roles is highly valued.
Strong understanding of workforce capability frameworks, leadership development, and performance enablement.
Experience operating in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into practical, scalable workforce and capability solutions.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation or organizational change initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.
