The Commercial Lines Account Executive manages an assigned book of business, develops client relationships and delivers to grow and retain clients.
Ensures Producers, when assigned, are fully informed about and prepared for all client meetings and interfaces.
Establishes and maintain strong and productive professional relationships with “C-Level” and other decision makers for assigned HUB clients.
Directly oversees and coordinates the delivery of all HUB services to assigned clients throughout the policy cycle.
Ensures that all client service needs are promptly and professionally delivered.
Conducts annual review w/clients making coverage and loss control recommendations focused on reducing the clients’ total cost of risk.
Requirements
High School Diploma / GED
7+ years insurance industry experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
Property & Causality License
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate orally and in writing with internal and external customers.
Critical Thinking: Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and agency management systems.
