Business Project Manager – Specialist

Role Overview

• Facilitating a cohesive understanding of business needs
• Driving program-level planning
• Managing risks and dependencies
• Facilitating stakeholder management and communication
• Continuously optimizing workflows to ensure efficient delivery
• Managing projects or multiple workstreams within a broader project or program
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring project plans
• Providing insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences
• Serving as a trusted advisor to ensure projects are aligned with the overall company strategy
• Communicating project status and issues regularly to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of five years related work experience
• Two years of managing a project preferred
• Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
• Graduate degree preferred
