Lead and support finance transformation initiatives focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and standardization across finance operations
Execute transformation projects aligned with the organization’s finance strategy and operational priorities
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and improve data quality
Serve as a subject matter expert in finance and accounting processes, including Finance Planning and Analysis, Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Partner with accounting teams to enhance financial close, reconciliations, and reporting processes
Drive initiatives to improve finance processes through automation, standardization, and technology solutions
Manage multiple transformation workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
Partner with finance leaders, accounting teams, IT, and business stakeholders to define and implement improvement initiatives
Requirements
7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or finance transformation
Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting processes
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting finance transformation or process improvement initiatives
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or equivalent professional years of experience
CPA, or MBA is preferred
