Provide support and financial guidance for the VP of Manufacturing on all key decisions and initiatives related to $500+ million of manufacturing costs
Accountable for budgets, forecasts and reporting of actual results
Ensure strong control environment, including partnering with Internal Audit/SOX
Responsible for anticipating & identifying risks and opportunities and proposing action plans for initiatives to improve performance
Develop the strategic roadmap inclusive of supporting Operational Excellence Initiatives and Capital Plan
Nurture a positive, inclusive culture with high team engagement through focused management, coaching, direction, and accountability of an experienced team of 4 direct finance professionals and their direct reports (total org approximately 25 employees)
Role requires ~10% travel to manufacturing facilities
Requirements
BA degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required
MBA desired
A minimum of 10-12+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience required
Preference for previous dairy manufacturing experience
Demonstrated ability in leading and developing of teams
