Answer all forms of communication, including but not limited to phone, e-mail, text, radio, etc.
Analyze both raw and processed security event data to identify potential security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities
Communicate effectively with the internal and external teams at the facility to ensure business continuity. Monitor and respond to notifications and alarms from all sources in a timely fashion
Interface with and, at times, manage others in a highly professional setting. Report issues or events utilizing appropriate tools.
Address security/emergency, or other critical operations appropriately. Contacting and communicating with local or remote Emergency Services providers
Research threats and establish responses and best practices for site-specific operations
Document and report incidents or issues related to, but not limited to, security and safety
Work with internal engineering teams to assist in data collection and product testing
Establish efficient workflows and practices for new tools based on the evolving needs and capabilities
