Junior Sales/Partner Manager

Role Overview

• Research contact details and identify prospective customers
• Acquire potential new customers via phone, email, or in person (you should be confident when calling/speaking with unfamiliar people)
• Conduct initial needs-assessment conversations via online calls or in person
• Prepare presentations for prospective and existing clients
• Deliver presentations to clients and lead sales discussions
• Organize client events
• Build and maintain relationships with your client base
• Manage the CRM

Requirements

• You are passionate about marketing and social media
• You enjoy making calls and can handle rejection
• You enjoy meeting new people and like helping others
• You work in an organized manner and always keep an overview
• You speak German fluently, both written and spoken (C2)
• You learn quickly and proactively pursue self-directed development
• You work well on your own initiative and don't need constant direction
• You are a reflective person

• Willingness to travel (2–7+ days per month)
