Responsible for the operational management of the back office and close collaboration with the external accounting agency.
Implement and optimize digital systems (e.g., in Notion or Slack) to improve team efficiency.
Support in People & Culture (recruiting/onboarding) or optionally in Marketing with content production and product shoots.
Direct support for the executive team on strategic and organizational ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
A successfully completed degree or a commercial vocational qualification.
Ideally, some initial experience (internships/working student roles) in a dynamic environment.
A very structured working style, quick comprehension, and a strong IT affinity for modern tools.
A proactive personality who thinks ahead, takes responsibility, and does not require micromanagement.
