Be the primary contact for new customers during onboarding
Oversee the onboarding process from end-to-end
Gather requirements and configure SaaS products to meet those requirements
Carry out basic project management activities
Ensure smooth transition from sales to adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, customer success, and technical support
Communicate internal and client deliverables to appropriate parties
Maintain Cloud Coach project schedule for new client implementations or expansions
Communicate project status weekly to leadership and internal departments
Suggest process and documentation improvements to the Director of Professional Services

1-2 years of experience managing multiple large, complex and cross-functional software implementation projects
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience
1-2 years managing software projects /banking/finance/point of sale or Cashiering experience
Must have software experience
Strong Excel and data skills
Confident communicator with excellent organization and time management
Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight
Comfortable working in client-facing roles
Strong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, particularly GovTech, is a plus.
Familiarity with Autotask, Asana, or similar software for project tracking and time management is a plus.
