About this role
Role Overview
Point of contact for our existing customers in daily operational matters
Conducting and supporting customer onboardings and rollouts
Conducting training sessions (remote via MS Teams) for administrators and end users
Handling and structuring support requests (1st & 2nd level)
Developing and maintaining our help center as well as information and self-service portals
Using AI tools to optimize support processes and knowledge management
Capturing, structuring and pre-qualifying customers' technical requirements
Close collaboration with project management and IT to efficiently implement customer requirements
Identifying recurring issues and deriving improvement opportunities for product and processes
Requirements
Some professional experience in customer success, support, an IT-related project environment, or a comparable role
Degree in Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, software logic, data flows — no coding required)
Confident use of digital tools and ideally experience with ticketing systems
Interest in and practical experience with AI tools (e.g., for automation, documentation, or analysis)
Structured, solution-oriented working style and quick comprehension
Ability to present complex topics in a clear, customer-friendly manner
Independent and responsible approach to work
Friendly, confident demeanor in customer interactions and proactive communication
