Management of SAP day-to-day operations and SAP third-party system interfaces, including error analysis and resolution
Independently handle payment processing for accounts receivable and accounts payable
Review, account assignment and posting of routine business transactions
Conduct dunning processes and monitor open items
Prepare and execute daily payment transactions
Manage and hedge currency risks (foreign exchange management)
Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting processes
In the long term, responsibilities will expand to general financial accounting (monthly and annual closings), fixed asset accounting, travel expense processing and financial reporting.

Minimum completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with further qualification in accounting (e.g. Financial Accountant, certified balance sheet accountant/Bilanzbuchhalter or equivalent)
Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
Proficient in SAP ERP
Structured, reliable and independent working style
Team player with strong numerical aptitude
Good written and spoken German and English
Proficient in MS Office applications.
