Role Overview
- Responsible for general accounting and policy application & process administration for all cycles
- Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps
- Responsible for Intercompany Elimination Process (ICP)
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
Requirements
- Advanced experience in the Finance & Accounting Operations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
