About this role
Role Overview
Social channels management & engagement: Manage PUSH’s Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts. Plan and publish content aligned with the editorial strategy. Interact with the community: respond, reshare and moderate.
Content creation & strategy: Create posts, Stories, Reels and engaging videos focused on PUSH artists and culture. Promote our flagship formats (Instant Talent, PUSH Talk). Collaborate with the design team and media department to ensure visual consistency.
Analysis & monitoring: Track publication performance (KPIs) and provide recommendations. Identify social media trends and propose new formats.
Requirements
Currently studying communication, digital marketing or social media.
Organized, curious and detail-oriented — above all driven by creativity and cultural interest.
Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Passionate about music, indie artists, social platforms and creative strategies.
Not afraid to pitch ideas, experiment, fail and iterate.
