Sales & New Business (approx. 80%): You will actively drive the expansion of our customer base in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and win new customers for our software solution DISPONIC.
You independently identify leads, build qualified lead lists and develop sustainable customer relationships — by phone, email and through digital channels.
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle: from initial qualification through software demos and proposal preparation to contract closing and structured handover to customer success.
You manage and strategically develop our existing customers, identify revenue potential and successfully implement upselling and cross-selling measures.
You present DISPONIC during on-site meetings, presentations and decision-maker sessions with large customers and prospects across the DACH region.
Business Development & Growth (approx. 20%): You design, organize and moderate webinars and online presentations.
You actively contribute to the creation and further development of sales and marketing materials.
In close collaboration with customer success and product development, you bring in customer feedback and contribute to the customer-focused development of DISPONIC.
You support us at trade shows, events and marketing campaigns, thereby strengthening our market presence.
Requirements
You hold a degree in a business or technical field or have a comparable commercial qualification.
You have several years of experience in selling B2B software solutions.
You bring strong technical understanding and a genuine interest in complex digital products and processes.
You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high degree of personal accountability and a strong solution
and results-oriented mindset.
You are willing to travel and appreciate personal, on-site interaction with customers and partners.
