Lead planning, coordination, and execution for recipe videos, food tutorials, branded content, and multi-platform social campaigns.
Manage pre-production activities including briefs, scripts, shot lists, schedules, talent coordination, and set prep.
Oversee shoot days, ensuring high-quality capture of food content across multiple angles, formats, and resolutions.
Collaborate with brand, food, and art teams to capture footage that aligns with campaign goals and brand style.
Edit short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and website.
Produce polished commercial and editorial videos, including branded campaigns, product launches, ads, and storytelling pieces.
Colour correct, mix audio, add motion graphics, subtitles, and branding elements as needed.
Support or lead editing of short-form and long-form content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
Oversee versioning and exporting for different aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and platform requirements.
Ensure all deliverables are on time, accurate, and meet technical and creative specifications.
Ensure accessibility, quality, and brand compliance across all content.
Ensure videos meet brand quality standards and platform specifications.
Stay up to date with trends in food content, social video formats, and editing styles.
Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality edits on schedule.
Advise on best filming techniques for capturing vertical and horizontal formats simultaneously, optimizing for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
Guide camera setups, lighting, and composition that highlight food, colour, and movement.
Partner with food team, food stylists, photographers, videographers, and editors to elevate visual storytelling.
Maintain and enforce Good Food’s brand voice, creative standards, and visual identity.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in video media, content production, or food-focused storytelling.
Strong understanding of filming and editing for multi-format platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube).
Hands-on experience capturing and editing both vertical and horizontal video.
Demonstrated ability to produce visually compelling food content.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent productions.
Deep familiarity with digital content trends, especially in food, recipe, and lifestyle.
A passion for food and engaging, sensory-driven storytelling.
Strong creative instincts paired with technical excellence.
