Role Overview
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex cloud / SaaS agreements
- Lead or support high‑pressure enterprise negotiations addressing risk allocation, SLAs, and security terms.
- Provide practical legal advice to sales, product, engineering, and security teams on go‑to‑market, cloud security, or integration‑related matters.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with minimum of 8 PQE, experienced in cloud or SaaS / enterprise technology transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to handle complex, time-sensitive deals and balance legal risk with business needs
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks / data protection standards is an asset but not essential
