Audit and Strategy: Conduct a comprehensive diagnosis of the hotel's current sales and distribution strategy.
Rate Structure Development: Design and implement rate structures for both online and offline segments, including rate logic, terms, and restrictions.
Dynamic Pricing: Manage daily pricing based on demand fluctuations, pick-up reports, and competitor analysis.
Parity and Conversion: Monitor price parity across all channels and optimize the conversion rate of the hotel’s official website.
Technical Management: Navigate the technical aspects of hotel operations, including PMS management and optimizing integration logic when necessary.
Reporting and Analysis: Compile monthly performance reports (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, total revenue, channel segmentation, and growth opportunities).
Holistic Demand View: Analyze data from both online sales and offline segments to form a complete picture of demand and profitability.
Client Management: Lead regular meetings with hoteliers to present results, propose hypotheses, suggest adjustments to improve KPIs, and ensure that agreed-upon solutions are executed at the operational level.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience as an in-house Revenue Manager or within a revenue management consultancy for the hospitality industry.
Data Literacy: Proven ability to work with complex data, including sales reports by segment (B2B and B2C), pick-up analysis, and core metrics (Occupancy/ADR/RevPAR).
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Booking Engines (BE), Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
Decision-Making: A track record of making independent decisions regarding pricing and sales strategy.
Soft Skills: Preparedness for challenging client conversations; the ability to justify a strategy and see it through, even when the client may not initially grasp its value.
Languages: Professional working proficiency in both Russian and English.
Location & Availability:
This is a fully remote position.
Availability to work within the UTC+5 to UTC+7 time zone.
Travel: Willingness to undertake occasional business trips for on-site client meetings or property audits.
