Support client business processes and operations activities to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with Operations Delivery Lead to deliver operational items.
Understand and clearly communicate client business issues, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures.
Analyze structured claims and patient datasets such as DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, Symphony claims.
Build and optimise SQL queries, pipelines; use Excel and Python for automation and analysis.
Implement process improvements in operational processes and strive to identify such opportunities.
Build subject matter expertise over time and apply it to operational processes.
Apply quality checks and validations on all deliverables and report back results to the Operations Delivery Lead.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
3+ years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL (for analysts). Exposure to stored procedures is a plus. Detail orientation, quality consciousness and operational mindset are key qualities expected.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel w/VBA, PowerPoint.
Prior experience with structured datasets: DRG, Symphony, IQVIA, McKesson.
Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Analytics Consulting with broad based experience in, managed care, and/or analytics will be an advantage.
Experience having worked with people in different time-zones.
Experience leading the delivery of analytic results to the client (internal or external).
