Requirements
- Assist in preparing RFQ/RFI documents and sending them to suppliers during sourcing or tender exercises.
- Perform price comparison and basic cost analysis to support supplier evaluation and sourcing decisions.
- Conduct supplier and market research to identify potential vendors and benchmark pricing.
- Support tender documentation and sourcing reports, including preparing summary slides and maintaining procurement records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to follow up on quotations, required documents, and sourcing information
