Own the end-to-end recruiting for business, operations, design & engineering teams from sourcing to close.
Closely partner with hiring managers and leadership by advising on market trends, candidate profiles, and recruiting processes that align with business goals
Conduct talent market research to provide hiring strategies, compensation benchmarking, and talent attraction initiatives.
Build and maintain strong, scalable talent pipelines across business functions, including specialized, niche, or emerging roles by leveraging LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment events, and industry networks.
Support intern and graduate hiring initiatives, including campus recruitment programs and university partnerships.
Support process improvements and tools to enhance candidate engagement and recruiting efficiency.
Coordinate onboarding logistics and act as a brand ambassador at events, helping to elevate Nex’s talent brand and recruitment journey.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
Direct experience working in the technology, gaming, entertainment or consumer electronics industries is desirable
Experienced in candidate negotiation and managing recruiting processes to support successful offers
Comfortable managing high volumes of requisitions while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) i.e. Greenhouse
