Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Supplier Qualification, Inventory Management and design scalable and optimized solutions aligned with industry best practices
Drive track cadence meeting and stakeholder meetings, configuration, create Lean specs, perform FUT's and solution validation
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into Oracle solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and process owners and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities in P2P lifecycle
Lead CRP sessions, demos, and user trainings
Own module-level delivery across project lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Deploy)
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization
Define integration touchpoints and support execution with technical teams
Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts and review deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices
Develop accelerators, templates, and reusable assets and support building Highstreet IT’s Oracle SCM practice and go-to-market initiatives
