Role Overview
- The candidate will build and maintain the integration layer connecting the contact center AI platform to the bank's internal systems.
- The candidate will design resilient, secure, and scalable integration patterns that meet banking SLA and compliance requirements.
- Support event-driven data flows that feed downstream AI components.
Requirements
- 5+ years in backend software engineering or systems integration.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python for enterprise service development.
- TypeScript for API gateway or middleware components.
- REST and SOAP API design and consumption.
- Experience with enterprise integration and event-driven patterns.
- Strong understanding of API security.
- Exposure to system integration in banking or financial services.
- Polish language (spoken and written).
