Role Overview
- Monthly Close & GAAP Reporting**
- Sensor Costing, WIP, and Fixed Asset Tracking**
- Accounts Payable & Disbursements**
- Accounts Receivable & Billing Support**
- Systems, Automation, and Process Improvement**
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations (prepaids, accruals, WIP, fixed assets, deferred revenue, AP/AR).**
- Review AP invoice submissions and ensure proper breakout by sensor serial number.**
- Maintain SensorCosts, SensorMaster, WIP, and cohort tracking.**
- Process capitalization entries and monthly cohort depreciation.**
- Manage AP workflows via Brex/Mercury.**
- Support customer billing and revenue accuracy.**
- Assist with NetSuite migration and process automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)**
- 3–6+ years of accounting experience**
- Strong GAAP knowledge (ASC 360, WIP, PPE, fixed assets)**
- Experience with hardware or IoT manufacturing preferred**
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills**
- Experience with QBO, NetSuite, Brex, Mercury a plus
