Bridge the gap between business solution needs and technical execution, working closely with our Solutions Consulting team.
Lead and guide team of consultants in implementing technological solutions.
Define and document technical architecture, approach, and presentation.
Main point of contact in designing and implementing technological solutions.
Technical Work Decomposition to identify and create tasks.

Design and configure the system.
Build integrations/customization's to specifications.
Resolve technical issues and ensure system performance.
Responsible for technical delivery on projects.
Analyze and implement customer's technical needs and requirements.
Write technical & functional specifications and requirements.
Responsible for installation and configuration of Jira and Confluence server from scratch on a Linux platform.
Create a cloud environment and implementation per client's specifications.
Conduct Server/Data Center to Cloud Migrations.
Implement basic to complex Workflows.
Requirements
Proven experience (3–6 years) in ITSM, Agile, or digital transformation consulting.
Strong proven experience (3–6 years) knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, BitBucket; Jira Align a plus).
Ability to connect technology features with business outcomes.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially with mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience producing solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and delivery roadmaps.
Familiarity with integrations, automation, and reporting ecosystems around Atlassian tools.
Experience in migrations of Atlassian applications
Nice to Have
Experience implementing solutions with varying technological apps such as Salesforce and/or ServiceNow
Experience in pre-sales or solution engineering in a software or services organization.
Strong Knowledge of ITIL, SAFe, or Lean-Agile frameworks.
Certifications such as Atlassian Accreditations, ACP, ITIL, or SAFe are a plus.
