Source candidates across technical AI roles including ML engineers, AI researchers, data engineers, AI product managers, automation engineers, and RPA developers
Source equally well for non-technical AI-adjacent roles including AI operations, AI consulting, AI customer success, and AI sales functions
Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for multiple concurrent searches
Stay current on AI industry trends, emerging roles, and shifting skill requirements to sharpen sourcing strategy in real time
Use LinkedIn, GitHub, AI community platforms, and other channels to find candidates who are not actively looking
Conduct structured screening calls to validate experience, skills, and role fit across both technical and non-technical AI roles
Evaluate technical profiles including GitHub activity, published work, and project portfolios with enough technical fluency to make sound judgments
Assess non-technical candidates for AI literacy, domain knowledge, and alignment with the role requirements
Write clear, concise candidate summaries with explicit reasoning for pass or no-pass decisions
Calibrate regularly with internal stakeholders to sharpen criteria and improve accuracy over time
Maintain clean, organized candidate pipelines with accurate status, notes, and communication logs
Track candidate progress across all open searches without letting anything slip
Build repeatable sourcing workflows, templates, and documentation that improve team efficiency
Ensure every candidate receives a professional, timely experience from first touch through final decision
Partner with internal hiring managers and team leads to deeply understand each role before sourcing begins
Adjust strategies quickly based on calibration feedback, market signals, and performance trends
Support prioritization across open roles to keep recruiting operations running without bottlenecks
Contribute to improving internal recruiting systems, scorecards, and hiring frameworks
Requirements
4+ years of technical recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with a strong track record of closing senior and specialized roles
Demonstrated ability to recruit across both technical and non-technical roles within the AI space
Genuine fluency with AI industry trends, including emerging job functions, tools, and talent dynamics
Strong judgment when evaluating technical profiles including the ability to assess AI and ML backgrounds with accuracy
Excellent written communication for candidate summaries, outreach, and internal updates
Organized, consistent, and able to manage multiple open searches simultaneously without losing quality
High ownership mindset: you run your searches independently and close loops without being chased
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment where priorities shift quickly
