You will work daily with cross-functional teammates to translate user requirements, wireframes, and feature specifications into data science solutions that support mission needs.
You will develop, test, and refine analytic models and workflows, contribute to automated and end-to-end testing, and help estimate the level of effort for new enhancements or requirements.
You will also serve as a technical mentor to other team members and engage with mission partners as needed to ensure solutions are practical, effective, and aligned to operational objectives.

An active Secret security clearance
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
4+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in production
Proficiency with applying quantitative methods to structured & unstructured data for data analysis, pattern recognition, insights generation, metrics development, and scaling analytical tools.
Strong programming skills in large scale data manipulation & processing including SQL, Advanced Python, and experience with libraries like scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy
Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks (NLP, Computer Vision), and experience with GenAI/LLMs, and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Willing/Able to travel to customer site, as needed
