About this role
Role Overview
Analyze all cancellation, change, and refund processes.
Send quotes and support transactions for affiliated agencies.
Read and interpret GDS histories and airline portal records.
Manage voluntary and involuntary reservation and ticketing issues.
Manage special service requests with suppliers, such as name corrections, meal additions, crib requests, and others.
Process refunds directly on airline and supplier portals.
Multichannel support: Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and other company platforms.
Monitor and resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Engage in negotiation and customer retention when required.
Requirements
High school diploma required; completion of higher education or courses in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
Experience with GDS — Sabre and Amadeus (testing will be conducted).
Skills in: Communication (verbal and written), Organization, Teamwork.
Availability to work a 6x1 shift schedule, 15:00–21:00 — Alphaville, Barueri.
