Role Overview
- Managing Docuvera – Structured Content system
- Oversee deployments into environments
- Manage expectation of customers and users
- Drive Vendor Audit and ensure quality practices
- System management aligned with QA and LoB requirements
- Interacts with vendors and resolves operational issues
- Negotiate complex contracts
- Manage vendor performance
- Ensure audit and inspection readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters in relevant field
- 10+ years of IT/pharmaceutical experience
- 3-5 years of system management experience
- Knowledge of GxP systems
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
- Experience in IT project work or IT experience covering specification, design, development or implementation
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or other relevant industry
- General business understanding
- Experience with GxP requirements, validation & compliance
- Vendor management & handling budget responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong stakeholder management skills
